Express your soul.
Make money doing what you love.
From anywhere. From the heart.
With integrity.
Even with less than 500 followers on Instagram.
Building a soulful business is not easy. I started mine thinking it would be easier than a nine to five. It turned out that it wasn’t. I abandoned my path so many times because I thought I wasn’t made for this — that I was doing something wrong because it felt hard.
Why I came back and eventually stuck around: because I started listening to people who were talking openly about the reality that it isn’t easy. Paradoxically, that’s what made it feel easier, and gave me the confidence that there was nothing wrong with me. That I had just chosen a path of intense personal growth.
🤍
Creating an everyday life that is in alignment with your needs instead of being trapped in structures that you need vacation from.
🤍
Trading value for money instead of trading time for money.
🤍
Becoming more and more confident that you can create a life on your own terms, with meaning and joy.
🤍
I choose the hard parts of this journey over the comfort and false sense of security that a nine to five gave me. The rewards are real. And so is the payoff of staying comfortable: feeling like your life isn’t yours.
Since I don’t believe in quick fixes, unfortunately I cannot sell them to you either. But I understand the pain underneath that desire — it usually means you’re long overdue for a change.
And if there are no quick fixes, what do you do in an unsustainable situation?
You get serious about the next small step that will move the needle in the right direction. You vote with your daily actions. Because the universe can only come to meet us where we are.

“I enjoy reading it [the newsletter] because it conveys a sense of calm. There’s a frequency of clarity and structure to it. You even present your struggles with a certain order. I appreciate that. WHO I AM

Hi, I’m Sarine — and I’m living proof that you can start selling your soulful offers on Instagram. From the heart, with confidence and integrity. Without feeling uncomfortable. And without the things you supposedly need.
The first time someone hit buy, my follower count was in the 300s. I sold my first course for EUR 1,200. I’ve had many different offers, changed direction more than once, and been inconsistent for most of the journey.
For a long time I couldn’t see my own success. I thought I needed a large following first — real credibility. Until I had a breakthrough shift in my self-image and suddenly saw the value in what I had already achieved. I stopped waiting for permission to speak to the business side of things directly.
What actually matters: being in alignment with your offers. Selling actively. And being in reality about the fact that the journey of a soulful small business owner is a journey of personal growth — one that most marketing conveniently leaves out. I’m here to change that. Because paradoxically, the path gets easier the moment you stop thinking something is wrong with you and start saying yes to the real challenge.
If you’re here for that, I’m here for you. 🤍
About working with me:

@heartful_human_design
Client’s before:
“I generally lacked direction and vision for my business.”
Client’s after:
“I have some ideas, got started doing and feel good about my vision.”
What made this work unique
“Your calm and friendly manner. And your summaries [at the end of each session] that were so spot on, they stayed with me.”

Client’s before:
“Before our session, it wasn’t entirely clear to me who exactly I wanted to address with my offer. I had an offer that was made for a general audience, but no one specifically.”
Client’s after:
“After the session, I knew exactly who I wanted to address with my offer and how I could reach them. “

Client’s before:
“I was often insecure and constantly had the feeling that I had to do more, that something was holding me back and fighting within me.”
Client’s after:
“I felt more organized and realized that the things that move me forward and what holds me back don’t have to fight against each other, but can work together.”
So — what would it mean to stop guessing and start getting real support, right here, right now, just as you are?
