No. Of course you can apply everything from the course or the one on one container to your business or your offer, if you already have those. But the way the Loving Sales Mastery and the G.R.O.W. method works, you will actually gain clarity about what your specific soulful offer is that is unique to you, even when you only have the desire to create money doing what you love.

In the self-paced version of the course it is really up to how much time you want and can make. I am a huge believer in dedicated even just 20 minutes a day can get you further than trying to find that 90-minute time slot in an already busy week. So: start with what you have and see if there is a momentum building that pulls you to do more.

In the one on one guided container we meet either weekly or bi-weekly (we discuss this in our first session. I put aside 3 hours per session because I want to make sure we have the space to go as deep as possible and necessary for you to be able to get the needed clarity and confidence in the action steps you will be taking in between sessions. That doesn’t mean that every session will have to be 3 hours – many clients move a lot faster, I just want to make sure that we have the space if the topic requires that kind of a more in-depth session. In between sessions it is up to you how much time you can dedicate to the assignment. Again: I believe that a little every day makes for a better long-term practice.

The course is designed for you to work through the teachings yourself. This is suitable if you work best when holding yourself accountable and you really only need the knowledge because you know you will implement the steps without additional personalized guidance. But of course, just because it is a digital product doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out on your own. Getting clarifying answers to all of your questions regarding the contents of this self-paced Mastery bundle is included. No. While the way I do sales and what I teach in the Loving Sales Mastery is based on using Instagram, the concepts and the why behind it can be adapted to other platforms (like Facebook, a blog/website, a YouTube channel, a podcast) or even completely offline.

No. While it is helpful if you do, it is not a requirement for the course itself. The bonus module is a guided inner journey, and the more familiar you are with inner work, the easier you might find following this module. But even if this is the first time you come into contact with doing inner work – inner work works because we all have an inner compass, inner wisdom guiding us. The more we practice this, the easier it gets for us to trust our perception and the process. That is one of the reasons why I like giving lifetime access to all my materials – because I want you to be able to revisit and refine and continue growing at your own pace, as much as you want or need. In the one on one container I can guide you personally and I am both used to working with clients who haven’t done inner work the way I do it before, as well as with clients who are versed in inner work and even guiding others professionally in complex inner work. The more experience you have, the deeper you will be able to go. The more experience you allow yourself to gain, the easier it gets to go deep.
