Right to Cancel
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from a contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to cancel the contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you will be refunded without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of your withdrawal notice.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content if:
- you have expressly agreed that the performance begins before the withdrawal period expires,
- and you acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This applies in particular to:
- digital downloads
- online courses
- PDFs
- audio content
- video content
- instantly accessible digital products
Coaching Sessions
Cancellation conditions for coaching sessions are specified during booking.
Completed coaching services are non-refundable.
